I first learned about the Healing Tao from Master Mantak Chia in 1990 - the simplicity of his teachings and the common sense with which he approached life attracted me immediately - since then, I have continued with many courses, first in New York, then in Mexico, Germany and Switzerland.
After working with Chong-Mi Mueller, my senior instructor in Munich for one year, I achieved the level of Healing Tao & Chi Nei Tsang practitioner in 2003. Finally, in 2008, I went to Mantak Chia in Thailand to get my certification as Universal Healing Tao System Instructor.
Over time, the Tao practices and meditations have had a profound influence on me: I stopped smoking, I started to eat healthier, I resolved my differences with my Dad, I became more balanced and had better relationships with my friends and family. The study of the Chi Nei Tsang became a crucial step for me as I experienced in my own body the effects and the changes brought on by the teachings of Master Mantak Chia.
Since then, the Tao is in my heart. It has become a central element in my personal life. I find the Taoist practices to be a very tender expression of wisdom and understanding of what it means to live in this world. Today, I am giving lessons and massages in the Universal Healing Tao System.
I was born in Morelia, Michoacan, Mexico; am married and have two children. We have been living in Dubai from 2006 to 2009 and are now back in Germany. My family accompanied me to Thailand and I consider it as one of my biggest achievements that my husband and kids are following me in the Tao practices. It gives me great pleasure to share my experiences with them.
