I have never meditated before - in order to follow, I had to really focus on you - and I think that helped me do it.
When we started to do the meditation of the Microcosmic Orbit, I felt a warmth starting at my chest.Then with each step in the mediation, I felt the warmth move down to my stomach around and back up the spine until I felt it all the way up to my head - I felt the warmth around the complete circle.
Then, afterwards, while I was lying on the floor relaxing, you gave me massage around the abdomen - at the beginning, I felt pain in three distinct locations around the naval. Then, after a while it was gone - and then I noticed a tingling in my feet as if something was flowing out.
I felt so relaxed - it was great.
Reading about it in the book would not have been the same - I had to feel it - now I know what it means and can practice at home.
