How does the Universal Healing Tao System (UHTS) differ from other types of meditations or practices?
UHTS is a holistic system which covers all aspects of the human development - physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual. You are your own master and you decide on your own path of development and speed of progress, independent of any Guru or master.
The UHTS practices are simple and easy to learn and do not take a lot of time to practice - but you need to practice them each day. They are active practices which lead you to intentionally focus on your body and develop a sensitivity for yourself. Over time, you will become aware of your inner self, your inner alchemy and your relation to Nature and the Universe.
What will I get out of taking a course on UHTS?
You will be made familiar with the concepts and practices of the Universal Healing Tao System. It is a complete system and touches on all aspects of our lives - a concise knowledge of many thousands of years of Taoist wisdom.
You will learn how to focus inside, how to sense your inner workings, your inner alchemy and how to purposefully affect and transform the energies which flow through your body. You will learn how to sense the connection between yourself and the Universe (outside) by looking deep inside your own body.
You will be able to share your experiences with the practices and receive feedback on how to improve or how to understand the results of your practicing.
You will be introduced to a network of practitioners and certified teachers with whom you can explore your experiences further.
What shall I expect ? What will happen to me when I practice UHTS?
Through the practices, you will change your connection with your own being. You will improve your physical, mental and emotional health and become aware of what is good for you. Your perception will change in a positive way, you will feel more balanced, more able to concentrate and be happier with your yourself, your Life and your surroundings.
You will feel more conscious about your body, mind and spirit.
Practicing will provide you with almost immediate benefits - small, but noticeable. Over time, these benefits will become more pronounced - but you have to practice every day. As Master Mantak Chia always says: You do it, you get it.
